Terms of Service

Effective 2026, these terms govern your engagement with ClosingCompass for closing process support. Our location: Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel, C-Ring Road, West Bay, Doha, Qatar.

1. Scope

ClosingCompass provides professional assistance for the closing process. These terms apply to all service engagements, digital guides and physical materials.

2. Service Agreements

When you engage ClosingCompass for support services, we specify the scope, schedule and service fees. All arrangements are confirmed in writing.

2.1 Scheduling and Changes

You may request to reschedule services at least 5 business days before the start date. Such requests are subject to availability and approval.

2.2 Cancellation

If you cancel service more than 10 days before the scheduled date, you may qualify for a refund of fees paid. Cancellations within 10 days or after commencement are not eligible for a refund due to the fixed nature of our resource commitments.

3. Digital Products

Our digital guides and online materials are delivered electronically via a secure link. You will receive access instructions by e-mail.

3.1 Access and Use

Upon delivery, you may access content for personal use only. Redistribution or sharing is prohibited.

3.2 Refunds

Digital products may be eligible for a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if a defect prevents access or use. Once access has been granted and content downloaded without defect, no refund is available.

4. Physical Materials

Printed guides or manuals are shipped to your provided address.

4.1 Shipping and Inspection

Inspect items upon receipt and notify us within 5 calendar days of any damage or discrepancy.

4.2 Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery for items in original condition. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of returned items at our facility.

5. Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted via our contact form. Requests must include order details and reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days. If you prefer, you may apply the refunded amount as credit toward a future service or purchase within 12 months.

6. No-Refund Services

Certain premium support engagements and bespoke consultations require dedicated scheduling and resource commitment. These services are non-refundable once confirmed. We recommend reviewing scheduling and details carefully before confirmation.
